As independent arbitrator, Daisy is focused on bringing commercial and efficient procedures to resolving complex international disputes.

Daisy has been appointed as arbitrator by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), HKIAC, SIAC and ACICA, and has experience both as sole arbitrator and tribunal chairperson. She also has experience in expedited arbitrations.
Daisy has experience as arbitrator in relation to contractual disputes governed by Australian, English, Hong Kong and Singapore laws. She also has experience in disputes under the rules of the ICC, SIAC, ACICA, ICSID, UNCITRAL, PCA, LCIA, HKIAC, LMAA, BANI, CAS and IAMMA.
Daisy’s industry experience includes renewable energy/ climate transition technologies, carbon credit markets, energy and mining/ resources/ commodities trading, financial services, cryptocurrency, insurance, technology, construction/ infrastructure, waste and water, transport (including maritime), telecommunications, agriculture, sports, fisheries and manufacturing.
Daisy also has expertise in investor-state arbitration and public and private international law. She is a former member of the Australian Delegation to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Arbitration and Conciliation Working Group, and has acted for states in the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, and for states and corporations in investment treaty and public international law arbitrations.
Advisory Services
For over two decades Daisy worked in leading private practice global law firms in Europe and Australia, where she was trusted by companies and governments to resolve their most complex international disputes. She now provides legal advisory services (including consulting on litigation) to organisations in relation to legal issues arising out of the context of the Paris Agreement and in particular the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the energy transition. In her advisory capacity, Daisy has worked with asset owners and asset managers, civil society organisations and industry collaborations, and was former chair of the Nature Positive Economy CRC Bid Advisory Committee.
