DAISY MALLETT
DIRECTOR & Principal
Daisy is an independent arbitrator, and also provides legal advisory services.
She has over twenty years of experience resolving complex international disputes for multinational companies and governments. Her experience spans commercial, trade and investment disputes, as well as energy transition, business and human rights, anti-bribery and corruption and modern slavery supply chain risks.
Daisy was formerly a partner at King & Wood Mallesons, and prior to that worked for over a decade in Europe at Freshfields in London and Paris and later at Wilmer Hale in London. Daisy is now based in Sydney and travels as required.
